Terms and Conditions and Waiver

1. Nature of the Offering

Rebirth Retreat provides yoga, movement, meditation, breathwork, ceremonial, and spiritual facilitation offerings, delivered both online and in person, intended to support general wellbeing, self-awareness, and personal growth.

These offerings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that participation in yoga, movement, breathwork, meditation, and related practices involves inherent physical and emotional risks.

You agree to:

• Listen to your body and move within your own limits

• Modify or rest as needed

• Stop any practice that causes pain, discomfort, dizziness, or distress

You take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing before, during, and after participation.

3. Health Disclaimer

By participating, you confirm that:

• You are physically and mentally fit to engage in these practices

• You have consulted a qualified healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns

• You will seek appropriate professional support if needed

If you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or managing a health condition, participation is at your own discretion and risk.

4. Emotional Release & Inner Work

Some practices may involve emotional release or introspection.

You acknowledge that:

• Emotional responses are a natural part of embodied practices

• You are responsible for seeking additional support if required

• Rebirth Retreat is not responsible for emotional distress arising during or after participation

5. Participation

For both online and in-person offerings:

• You are responsible for your own safety, limits, and wellbeing

• You acknowledge that practices may involve physical movement, breathwork, stillness, or emotional exploration

• You agree to participate at your own discretion and risk

For online participation, you are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable environment.

For in-person participation, you acknowledge the shared nature of group spaces and accept responsibility for your own experience within that environment.

6. In-Person Events & Group Spaces

For in-person events, workshops, or ceremonies, you acknowledge that:

• Participation occurs in a group environment

• Rebirth Retreat cannot guarantee the behaviour or actions of other participants

• You are responsible for arriving in a condition suitable for participation

• You agree to respect the facilitators, space, and other participants at all times

Rebirth Retreat reserves the right to remove participants from an event if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, you agree that Rebirth Retreat, its facilitators, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm arising from participation, whether physical, emotional, mental, energetic or otherwise.

8. Release & Indemnity

You voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Rebirth Retreat from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to your participation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebirth Retreat against any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Memberships, Payments & Refunds

Digital Memberships & Online Offerings

• All digital memberships and online offerings (including Rebirth Online) are non-refundable once purchased, whether accessed or not

• Ongoing monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops future payments, and access continues until the end of the current billing period

• No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused time, missed classes, or change of mind

Annual Subscriptions

• Annual subscriptions provide access for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, not by calendar year

• Annual subscriptions are paid in full upfront and are non-refundable

• Access expires at the end of the 12-month term unless renewed

10. In-Person Events, Workshops & Retreats

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Tickets for in-person events, workshops, ceremonies, and retreats are non-refundable

• Transfers to another person or future event may be offered at the sole discretion of Rebirth Retreat and are not guaranteed

Rebirth Retreat reserves the right to make changes to facilitators, venues, schedules, or content where necessary.

11. Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)

Rebirth Retreat is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, venue closures, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed. A transfer or credit may be offered at the discretion of Rebirth Retreat.

12. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Rebirth Retreat is for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute or share content without written permission.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

15. Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in Rebirth Retreat offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Waiver.
