When was the last time you were present?

Stop doing. Start being.

A guided yin yoga practice to help your body soften, your breath deepen, and your mind finally slow down — so you can simply be.

You’re busy.

I get itlife feels full.

But constantly pushing has a cost.

When you never slow down, you don’t realise how much you’re holding.

Unprocessed emotion.
Unspoken pressure.
Constant tension.

Slowly, it becomes frustration, resentment, and quiet disconnection.

Your body feels tight
Your mind races.
Your system is drained.

And time… just passes you by.

You can keep rushing through life.

Or you can slow down.

Because the life you came here to live demands presence.

A guided practice — using the body to calm the mind, so you can stop rushing through life and start truly living it.

This is not just a yoga class.

The Circle is inner work —
where Yin Yoga is the doorway to awareness, nervous system regulation, and presence.

By softening the body in long-held stretches and deepening the breath — you reconnect.

The Circle helps you feel what’s been going on beneath the surface.

With a rhythmic structure, the benefits of these guided practices compound over time.

Your system learns to settle deeper and deeper each time you return.

Stillness can be uncomfortable.
That’s how you
grow.

“At the end of the yoga session with Kelly, my mind was quiet.”

- Michael, Yin Yoga Student

Why I Hold This Space

I found Yoga over a decade ago when I was burnt out, grieving and suppressing.

My body shut down and I wound up in hospital.

Even after recovering, I chased success to prove my worth.
But inside, I still felt empty.

Yin Yoga forced me to stop running.
To stay. To feel. To reconnect.

For the past three years I’ve specialised in Yin Yoga because I know the cost of disconnection.

The Circle exists because too many people live that way.

You don’t have to stay there.

“That was just what I needed!”

— Kylie, Yin Yoga student
