You're living everywhere except inside yourself.
THE CIRCLE
A weekly Yin Yoga practice for people who feel deeply — and are ready to actually feel it.
You’re busy.
You make it through the days.
You get it done.
Life feels full — almost a little too full.
It feels like there's always a part of you that's somewhere else — planning ten steps ahead, already on to the next thing, analysing an encounter or quietly ruminating on what happened.
You rarely feel fully here, in the present.
You feel it in the moments you're supposed to be relaxing. You sit still but your mind keeps moving. You rest but wake up tired. You get through the week but wonder where it went.
You’re so tense your shoulders haven't fully dropped in longer than you can remember. And now you’re so used to it you've stopped noticing.
When you never slow down, you don’t realise how much you’re holding.
Because constantly pushing has a cost.
And a part of you knows life doesn't have to be like this.
This is not just a yoga class.
It's a practice you come back to — every week — until your body remembers the ritual.
Until stillness stops feeling like something you avoid.
Yin Yoga holds the body in long, supported postures. Two minutes. Four minutes. Sometimes more.
That's long enough for the body to stop bracing. Long enough for what's been living beneath the surface to be felt.
It isn't always comfortable. But that's how you know it's working.
“At the end of the yoga session with Kelly, my mind was quiet.”
- Michael, Yin Yoga Student
You notice the shift.
You walk in with a head full of everything.
By the end, it's quieter.
Not because the problems are gone — because you've had 75 minutes to stop running from yourself.
People leave clearer. Lighter. Like they've put something down they didn't realise they were carrying.
The longer you practise, the deeper it goes. Your body softens with more ease. Your mind settles sooner. What used to take the whole session to access, you feel within the first few minutes.
This is what consistency does. It compounds.
The body remembers the ritual.

Why I Hold This Space
I found Yoga over a decade ago when I was burnt out, grieving and suppressing.
My body shut down and I wound up in hospital.
Even after recovering, I chased success to prove my worth.
But inside, I still felt empty.
Yin Yoga forced me to stop running.
To stay. To feel. To reconnect.
For the past three years I’ve specialised in Yin Yoga because I know the cost of disconnection.
The Circle exists because too many people live that way.
You don’t have to stay there.
“That was just what I needed!”
— Kylie, Yin Yoga student
