Yin Yoga and stillness — to sink below the surface and remember what's underneath.
Dive InFirst month $11 · Then $44/month · Cancel anytimeYou're busy. You soldier through the day. You get it done.
But there's not much time for you.
Life feels full — almost a little too full.
What if once a week, you stopped — and just sat with yourself?

It's a practice you circle back to — every week — until your body remembers the ritual. Until you stop feeling resistance to stillness — and eventually, you no longer avoid it. You begin to welcome it.
Yin Yoga invites the body into long, supported postures. Two minutes. Four minutes. Sometimes more. Long enough for the body to stop bracing. Long enough to touch what's been living beneath the surface.
It isn't always comfortable. But the Circle always shows you what you're carrying — and gives you space to release it.
Every Wednesday, we gather — live on Zoom — for 75 minutes of guided Yin Yoga. You show up as you are. Camera on or off. From your mat, your bed, your living room floor.
The poses are long. The breath is deep. The space is intentional. Week after week, your body learns to soften. The capacity you build in those 75 minutes starts to flow into the rest of your week.
Less reactivity. More presence. A true sense of yourself. Not from discipline or force — from coming back, again and again.
You notice how you feel after 75 minutes on the mat. Your body has softened. Your breath is slower. Your jaw has unclenched.
The decision you'd been pondering feels clearer. Your mind that was racing has slowed — it feels calm. You've gained new perspective about a person, a situation, an experience, or yourself.
You leave at peace. Not because the world suddenly got easier — because you stopped bracing for it. You leave softer. Not because you stretched — because you finally let go of the story that was holding the tension.
You finally felt what it was like to simply be you.
All the depth you need.
All the depth you need.
That was the most powerful Yoga I've ever done. I've never felt like that before.— Jon, Circle member
Kelly genuinely cared about all participants. A very safe space was created for everyone to share.— Lyn, Circle member
At the end of the session with Kelly, my mind was quiet. I can't remember the last time I felt that still.— Michael, Circle member
Thank you for facilitating such a beautiful and nourishing space each week. I've really appreciated the sacred time to tune in and reflect — moving through the mind-body layers. Your wise presence and nurturing touch supported the deep experience.— Sian, Circle member
The Circle goes deeper than a stretch. This practice allows you to feel what's been sitting beneath the surface — so you can finally feel like yourself again.

When I was 20, my body stopped working. What started as a stress response became my entry point into something much deeper — into what it actually means to feel, rather than manage, what's moving through you.
Yoga was the first place my mind had ever gone truly quiet. And in that quiet, for the first time in a long time, I could hear something beneath all the noise. Myself.
I started doing the deeper work — not just the breathe-and-stretch kind. The kind that gets underneath. And over time, my body reflected that work back to me in ways that still amazes me.
I know what it costs to carry what you feel instead of letting yourself feel it. The Circle is the practice I wish I'd had at 20. A space to slow down before your body demands it.

No. Every practice is gentle and guided with options for all bodies. Yin Yoga is about sensation and presence, not flexibility.
All sessions are recorded. The replay is yours to access whenever you need it — no pressure to show up at a set time.
75 minutes, live on Zoom every Wednesday at 6pm AWST. Check your local time zone if you're outside WA.
A mat. That's genuinely it. Bolsters and blocks are great if you have them — cushions and folded blankets work just as well.
It will. Most people's do at first. Noticing it is the starting point. Over time, the practice gives your mind somewhere quieter to go. You learn through experiencing.
You join via Zoom from wherever you are. Camera on or off — completely up to you. Pop on the playlist or practice in silence. It's your practice.
