There is
more
beneath.
The work that changes everything — is the work no one else can see.
The work that changes everything — is the work no one else can see.
You know that there's something deeper.
Most healing work addresses the story — what happened, the events, the relationships, the grief. Kelly works with what's underneath the story. The subconscious belief that formed in response to it. The core wound that's been quietly running your decisions ever since.
You don't need more information. You need someone who can see what you can't yet see in yourself — and walk beside you into it without flinching.
What happened to you was not your fault.
What you do with it is your responsibility.
We go into the parts of you that have been hidden, suppressed, or rejected — not to excavate trauma, but to find the core belief that formed there. The one making decisions on your behalf without your permission.
You didn't choose your patterns. You inherited them, absorbed them, formed them in survival. We locate where the loop starts — before the behaviour, before the trigger — and interrupt it at the root.
Understanding is not enough. The work is woven into your life — through yoga, breathwork, and somatic practice. The body carries what the mind has been trying to release. We work with both.
I've climbed corporate ladders. Smiled through burnout. Held it together beautifully on the outside while something underneath was screaming. I know that loop because I lived it — for years.
When I was 19, my body sent the first undeniable signal. I developed achalasia — a condition where the oesophagus stops functioning. I literally could not eat or drink water. The only known cause: stress. I had been living entirely in my head, carrying what my body could no longer hold.
That was the beginning. Yoga was the first safe place to slow down and feel. What followed was a decade of going deeper — shadow work, breathwork, somatic practice, modalities that worked on what the talking hadn't reached.
90-minute deep-dive sessions via Zoom. No fluff. We get in fast and go deep. You'll leave with clarity, not just comfort.
Between sessions, you have access to Kelly via voice message. For when the pattern comes up in real time and you need a compass point — not a scheduled call.
Weekly live yin yoga practice every Wednesday at 6pm AWST, plus access to the full replay library. Your ongoing somatic practice container — included for the duration of your mentorship.
Yoga, breathwork, and somatic tools tailored to what's coming up for you. Not a generic sequence — specific practices for the specific thing you're working through.
Journaling prompts, shadow work frameworks, and readings curated for your process. Tools you can use in your own time between sessions.
The sessions are the beginning. Kelly walks with you through the integration — the days and weeks after, when the shifts are embedding and the old patterns push back.
This is the work that changes everything — choose the container that feels right for where you are.
There's no pressure on a discovery call. It's a conversation — to see if this is the right fit, and the right time. You'll know. So will I.
Sessions are 90 minutes via Zoom. We spend the first few minutes settling in, then move into the work. Some sessions are conversational. Some involve breathwork, guided somatic practice, or visualisation. Every session goes somewhere real.
No. This is mentorship — not clinical therapy. If you're currently in a mental health crisis or working with a psychiatrist, this is complementary to that work, not a replacement. If you're unsure, we'll discuss it on your discovery call.
Not at all. Many of the women Kelly works with come in with no framework at all — just a knowing that something needs to shift. Kelly meets you exactly where you are.
Yes — many clients work with a therapist and Kelly simultaneously. The work is complementary. Kelly handles the belief-root and somatic integration. Many clients find the two together are more powerful than either alone.
The 1-month intensive is exactly for that. Test the depth. See how it lands. Many clients begin there and continue. But there's no pressure — you know your capacity.
If you're reading this and something in you is responding — you're ready. The sign is usually that the familiar smallness has become more painful than the fear of what lies underneath. That's the door. You don't have to be certain. You just have to be willing.
